Do you have a complaint about the NHS?

7th April 2009

New arrangements now apply for people who wish to complain about NHS funded services in England. If you are not stasfied with the way your complaint is handled by the local NHS body or practice you can now go directly to the Health Service Ombudsman. This replaces the more complicated three stage process where complaints had to be reviewed by the Healthcare Commission before they could be considered by the Ombudsman.
